Examples
========

Jupyter notebooks showing how real-world datasets were converted into the
:class:`~ethograph.io.trialtree.TrialTree` format.

Every example can be run locally: open a notebook and use **Download notebook**
in the right-hand sidebar, or browse the whole folder on GitHub.
